《Participation condition》

  • Age limits: 6~75 years old. Height limits: 130cm at least. Weight limits: Under 110kg.
  • Short hiking level strength is required for this tour. Also, all participants have to hold self-management ability on ice.
  • Please let our staff know immediately if you don't feel well during tour.
  • Please follow your tour guide during tour. One-man/woman band under dangerous situation is strictly banned.
    If you have any health problem, you may not be able to participate in this tour or document of doctor's permit may be required.

《Clothing》

  • You wear special dry suit to keep warm and to get buoyancy.
  • Please remove all accessories as it may cause damage on dry suit and you may lose them during tour.
  • You wear the dry suit over your own clothes.
    Please tuck hem of your pants in your socks after putting on dry suit as hems may roll up and you may get cold.
  • You can not participate in this tour with skirt. We recommend wearing clothes which are easy to move around in.
    e.g. Jerseys and long socks
  • We have some free rental hats and special gloves.

《About bringing in smartphone and camera》

If your camera or smartphone is not a waterproof one, please allow us to keep it in our waterproof bags. However, as it is not fully waterproof condition during the activity, we shall not take responsibility if your devices are splashed, loss, or damaged. Also, we refuse expensive cameras such as DSLR ones in any cases. The devices are limited to 1 among one group of friends or family.

Participants should be able to walk over snow with snowshoes on for at least 2km. Age limits: 6 years old and above. Height limits: 130cm at least.

Schedule example

  • 9:30　The meeting place(Our office or Your Hotel)

  • 10:00〜11:00 Drift Ice walking

  • 11:20〜12:50 Lunch

  • 13:00 Go to Shiretoko Nature Office by Bus.

  • 13:30〜15: Furepe Waterfall nature walk
