Notifications of Reservation

①【Final confirmation is required】

Final confirmation at the day before your cruise day is required. Please send us an e-mail with “The reservation remains as it is.” to ct.whale＠gmail.com or 080-2015-6341 if no changes was made.

※ If you're using Japan's mobile phone number, we will send you final confirmation at the day before you cruise day through SMS, so please reply once you received it.
However, if the SMS is not received by 16:00, please call 0153-85-7575 to confirm your booking.

② Passengers without booking can buy the tickets at the counter.

However, it is common that our seats are full-booked in high season especially July and August. We suggest you make a booking as soon as possible.
Just to remind that please make only 1 booking for 1 group of passengers.

③We might cancel your reservation if your changes in number of people was not in time, especially for those traveling with kids under 6yo. Please do let us know even they don't take seats.
